Price: $300 plus shipping

Size: I work in one size because of the size of my pastels. The image
size is approximately 13" high. The width varies depending on the angle
of the photograph. The painting will fit in a stock 16"x20" frame.

Tips for photographing your pet:

  • A good portrait depends on a good photograph. I will turn down a
  • commission rather than use a photo of poor Quality.
  • Make sure that the photo shows correct color.
  • Get down to the level of your pet or elevate the pet.
  • Clear eyes that show expression and personality are best.
  • When photographing, avoid direct sun, which may cause harsh shadows,
washout color or make the subject squint.
  • It's best to photograph pets without collars and horses without halters
          if possible.
  • Give pets several breaks.
  • Fill the frame with only the head and shoulders.
  • If you have any questions please email or phone me before you take the
          pictures.
  • At this time I am unable to work from emailed photos. You may email photos
for my approval but I must have clear detailed photo prints to work from.
